Experience with Etsy Shop Fresh Garden Living?
I was very excited to find two Earth Angel roses at https://www.etsy.com/shop/FreshGardenLiving after my mom bought a bunch of plants from Etsy. Has anyone had any experience with them? The reviews look great and it sounds like they're organic own root, but would love to hear firsthand. Has anyone bought from her? How did your roses/irises do?

Well I don't know anything about their roses, but holy... the price of their rosemary in insane! It's so easy to grow from cuttings.

Agreed. Their etsy reviews are great and they seem to have some nice varieties. May be worth watching!

I've ordered 2 roses from them, both were young but healthy specimens. One, a climber called 'John Keats/Colette" and an old climber called Sombreuil. John Keats is doing great, blooming for me rn after less than a year. Sombreuil had some winter dieback and lost 2 of its 3 canes, I eventually tore it out. We had a shitty winter this year, so I do not hold that against Fresh Garden Living. I would just note the roses are rather young/small so they are less developed than what you typically see, but good quality, so if you don't mind nurturing a bit!

Thank you for giving your firsthand experience! I'm hoping my earth angels take off--they're so pretty but so expensive elsewhere. What do you recommend in the way of nurturing? I usually plant with compost and a tiny bit of rose fertilizer and mulch around them, but I've never had a plant that wasn't pretty big.
